New snowfall brings a possibility of avalanches

WALLOWA, OR – The Wallowa Avalanche is warning outdoor enthusiasts with new snow in the high terrain, avalanche danger has risen. The avalanche danger is favorable in the Blues and Elkhorn’s and is Moderate in the Wallowa’s. Significant snowfall occurred over the weekend and Monday.
